At PatchitUP Drywall, we pride ourselves on our positive culture, dedication to being the BEST, and desire for expansion. We're looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a B.E.S.T. Representative, commonly referred to as a CSR and Dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Use ServiceTitan software to manage schedules and dispatch technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
• Handle customer calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and job coordination.
• Manage time-keeping for technicians, technicians jobs, and maintain an above-average booking rate.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and completed work, soliciting reviews for technician performance.
• Monitor lead quality. Request lead credits when necessary.
• Ensure rapid response to leads within 5 minutes.
• Work hours : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm (occasionally until 5 : 00 pm), Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
• Initially in-office, with potential for remote work once proficient in systems and operations.
