Key Responsibilities
Lead executive communications and manage company-wide updates and major announcements
Design and execute a cohesive internal communications strategy to connect employees with the company mission
Develop and manage the employer brand strategy to attract top talent across various platforms
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in internal communications, employer brand, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a manager-level role
Proven ability to design and execute communications strategies in high-growth organizations
Strong background in executive communications, including speechwriting and presentation development
Expertise in change management communications
Deep understanding of employer branding and talent attraction strategies
