Coverage Needed ASAP - Ongoing 12-18 Months Schedule 8am-5pm Night Call 4 : 30pm-7am Weekend Call 4 : 30pm on Friday to 7am on Monday Clinical Details 100,000 Annual ER Volume Level 1 Trauma Facility Average Number of Cases Per Day : 1-2 Adult, Geriatric Requirements Board Certified ACLS / BLS Provider must be local Open to three cites Fellowship - trained Scope of Services Required : Adult Cardiac Surgery, General Thoracic Surgery Aortic Surgery Procedures Required : Descending Aortic Aneurysms Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Procedures Required : CABG, Arterial Revascularization (Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery and Gastroepiploic Artery), Redo Coronary Revascularization (With or Without Heart Valve Surgery), Off-Pump CABG, Pericardial Window, Thoracic aortic aneurysms, Thoracoabdominal aneurysms, Tracheostomy Call Night and Weekend 1 Weekend per month of coverage Support Staff Perfusion; nursing; OR PA's, NP's EMR EPIC
