QC Reverification Specialist

A company is looking for a QC Reverification Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review a minimum of 10 files daily while maintaining a quality rating of at least 98%

Input loan information into the LES QC Program and prepare letters for re-verification of borrower qualifications

Verify and check information received from re-verification letters and conduct all activities professionally

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 1 year experience in the mortgage industry

Understanding of the mortgage application and underwriting process

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various computer software programs

Ability to work in a Windows or web-based environment
