We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead complex generative AI (GenAI) projects within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The role involves managing project delivery across all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and resourcing to execution and closeout. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership to ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions. This position requires strong strategic thinking, project management expertise, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital transformation initiatives, agile practices, and AI technologies, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
Accountabilities :
- Lead complex Agile AI projects, defining goals, requirements, and outcomes, while allocating appropriate resources.
- Monitor team performance, manage task assignments, and ensure adherence to project milestones and quality standards.
- Understand the technical architecture of AI solutions, including model capabilities and tradeoffs, and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Track cost, schedule, and performance metrics, prepare reports, and propose corrective plans as needed.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and performance oversight to ensure service excellence.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and leadership, while ensuring compliance with government and corporate policies.
- Support business development efforts, including bid and proposal preparation, and leverage cross-functional capabilities to define solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher preferred (e.g., MBA, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science).Minimum 5 years of consulting experience and 3 years of project management or task leadership experience.Experience with GenAI technologies and a strong understanding of AI applications in government or enterprise environments.Proficiency in SDLC and Agile software development methodologies.Strong technical acumen with the ability to interface across technical disciplines and senior leadership.Exceptional communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, balance competing priorities, and adapt to changing client needs.Product management or related lifecycle experience.Active Polygraph-level security clearance required.Prior experience with Intelligence Community projects and running software development projects is preferred.Benefits
