We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team!! As a consulting dietitian, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritional care and guidance to long term care residents at different nursing homes. Your expertise will help improve their overall health and well-being through personalized diet plans and counseling. Role Description

The RD or RDN will be responsible for conducting nutritional assessments, wound reviews, weight change reviews, enteral feeding reviews, dialysis reviews, and monthly audits. The applicant must have dependable transportation and be willing to travel to the location of the nursing facility. This position grants the dietitian the ability to create their own schedule, have flexibility with their work hours, and essentially...be their own boss! This opportunity ranges from 8 hours per week to potentially 40+ hours per week!

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field

Current RD license in the state of KY

In good standing as a Registered Dietitian with the CDR

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and on-site

Experience in the long-term care industry is a plus but not required

Ability to drive to facilities that aren't local

Fast learner, organized, task-focused, and detail-oriented

DigitalRD currently has seven Registered Dietitians and has had zero turnover in dietitians since the company started three years ago : -)
