Key Responsibilities :

• Assess emergency situations to determine appropriate actions using advanced Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize medical equipment and procedures—including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids—to deliver superior patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring they feel informed and reassured.
• Lead the Paramedic team, managing the scene and unit as necessary.
• Drive the ambulance during 911 responses with professionalism.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and public safety personnel to provide coordinated care.
• Engage with the community through programs that enhance relationships and promote AMR's positive image.
