10-4 Logistics USA seeks a dependable Truck driver (CDL Class A) to operate a regional dedicated lane out of Joliet, IL. This position runs dry freight to WI, IA, MN, MI, IN and northern KY with predictable weekly home time and steady schedules.
- Area of operation : Regional out of Joliet, IL (within approximately 75 miles for hiring).
- Freight type : 100% dry freight, hand unload at customer using rollers (no lumper, no pallet jacks).
- Typical workload : Three turns per week, averaging three to five stops per load.
- Home time : Weekly 34‑hour reset (usually falls on a Saturday & Sunday or Sunday & Monday).
- Schedules : Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday (schedule assigned based on residence; specifics reviewed during interview).
- Equipment : Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers. Drivers may take assigned trucks home if a safe, secure parking location is available.
Compensation and benefits

Operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policy.Perform regional dedicated dry‑van deliveries and hand unload freight at customer locations using rollers according to account instructions and schedule.Complete thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.Maintain accurate logs and required documentation, including ELD usage where applicable.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch regarding schedule, delays, or operational issues.Adhere to hours‑of‑service rules and company safety standards at all times.Minimum requirements
