About the Role : Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and delivering actionable insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives. This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence key business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets

Develop financial models to support business initiatives and decision-making

Prepare variance analysis and present findings to leadership

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related field

Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and data analysis

Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) a plus

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
