Role Overview
The Roxy Hotel is an electric destination for music, film, and art, located on the border of SoHo and TriBeCa is looking for an experienced AM Food & Beverage Manager to manage the morning and lunch service of the bar, lounge, room service and the front and back of the house. Weekend availability a must to oversee busy brunch service featuring live jazz.
The AM Food & Beverage Floor Manager must have exceptional communication and guest service skills. As a key figure of the management team; they are instrumental in the cultivation of a positive and hospitality driven team culture. F&B Floor Managers must possess a detailed grasp of all steps of service, complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items we serve. The F&B Floor manager directly oversees and ensures that the quality of service in both the bar and lounge areas exceeds expectations. To be a successful, you must have a professional appearance as well as the ability to connect with our guests and motivate our team. The AM F&B Floor Manager must be an active member of service; being efficient, hands on, stepping in when necessary, able to operate with speed during service and finding opportunities to engage guests and showcase our property.
