A leading hospital system in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is actively seeking a  Breast Surgeon  to join its expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a  growing breast surgery program  in a state-of-the-art facility that is committed to providing top-tier patient care. The hospital will consider  new graduates, including 2025 residents . Candidates must be  U.S. citizens or Green Card holders .

Key Responsibilities :

Provide  comprehensive surgical care  for patients with breast disease, including benign and malignant conditions.

Collaborate with a  multidisciplinary team  of oncologists, radiologists, plastic surgeons, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Participate in hospital  breast cancer initiatives , tumor boards, and quality improvement programs.

Engage in  community outreach  and patient education programs related to breast health.

Maintain compliance with hospital and national healthcare quality standards.

Qualifications :

MD or DO degree  from an accredited institution.

Board Eligible / Board Certified  in General Surgery with Fellowship training in  Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology  (preferred).

Eligible for medical licensure  in the state of Florida.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a  patient-centered approach  to care.

Ability to work effectively within a  multidisciplinary team .

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive base salary :  Expected range of  $350,000 – $450,000 , commensurate with experience (Negotiable)
