Responsibilities

• Consider all legal aspects of clients' circumstances and desired outcome to provide sound legal advice to them
• Delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff
• Appear on behalf of your clients at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation
• Draft and file First Legal foreclosure complaints, summons, and initial pleadings
• Prepare motions for default, summary judgment, and discovery responses
• Attend foreclosure hearings both personally and virtually
• Communicate clearly and regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy
