HR Consulting Solutions, a leading international executive search firm, has been retained by a fast-growing, highly respected engineering company in the Carolinas to recruit a Regional Manager for their Charlotte, North Carolina office. Our client is a recognized leader in civil and environmental engineering, known for its strong industry reputation and commitment to excellence. This high-level leadership role requires a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience and a proven track record of managing engineering teams and driving business growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project management for commercial, residential, and industrial developments, including industrial park design, storm drainage systems, water / wastewater systems, and roadway design.
• Provide strategic leadership to multi-disciplinary teams across various locations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead business development efforts, expanding market presence and identifying new client opportunities within the region.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and successful project completion.
• Mentor and develop engineering and project management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Actively participate in recruiting top talent and fostering leadership growth within the firm.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability of projects.
• Represent the firm at industry events, professional associations, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, regulatory, and quality standards across projects and office operations.
