Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to sit in their Duncan, SC location. As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll manage inspection and analysis services for metals and minerals, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. You'll act as the liaison between clients and internal employees.

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma (minimum).

College degree (preferred).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications.

Excellent communication skills

Detail-oriented - Working knowledge of inspection and supervision.

Good commercial understanding and appreciation of factors involved in delivering first-class customer service.

Working knowledge of quality services and the factors involved in delivering a quality service.

Experience within a customer service or customer-facing environment.
