Materials Management Analyst II

Base pay range : $70,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the logistics organization, including Receiving and Shipping, Inventory Control, and Property Management.
• Perform material and inventory control transactions related to incoming receipts, asset management, cycle counts, material movements, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and shipment transactions, as well as Business Partner setup and various SAP responsibilities.
• Handle intercompany truck deliveries for Colorado, including enhanced background checks and ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle records.
• Conduct asset inventory activities and provide guidance / training on utilization and disposal processes.
• Support SAP S4 HANA deployment by participating in integration testing, validating transactional process flows, and documenting standard operating procedures.
• Incorporate process controls for all material movements in ERP, including asset management, cycle counting, and inventory controls.
• Physical requirement : Ability to lift 45 lbs.
