Supergoop! is seeking a Senior Designer, Packaging to join our Creative team. This role is ideal for a seasoned design professional with a deep understanding of packaging design in the prestige beauty space-someone who is passionate about brand storytelling, has a sharp eye for detail, and is fluent in both form and function.

As a Senior Designer, Packaging, you will play a critical role in bringing our brand to life through primary and secondary packaging-from concept through production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Sustainability, ensuring that every touchpoint of our packaging reflects our brand's innovative, clean, and joyful positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Design Development : Lead design concepts for new product packaging and seasonal collections that are on-brand, innovative, and aligned with both aesthetic and functional goals.
• Packaging Execution : Translate creative concepts into mechanicals and dielines for production, ensuring premium quality, manufacturability, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Brand Stewardship : Maintain and evolve Supergoop!'s visual language across all packaging formats-balancing consistency with innovation.
• Collaboration : Partner with Product Development, Marketing, and Package Engineering teams to ensure packaging designs align with formulation, go-to-market strategy, and environmental initiatives.
• Vendor Communication : Collaborate with print vendors and production teams to develop materials, finishes, and structures that elevate the consumer experience while meeting cost and sustainability targets.
• Trend & Market Research : Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, material innovations, and sustainability practices within prestige beauty and adjacent categories.

Annual Salary Range : $95,000 - $115,000 / year
