Senior Wireless Communication Systems Engineer

We are conducting a search for a talented Senior Wireless Communication Systems Engineer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in all aspects of wireless technology projects, from initial planning to final validation.

This is a hybrid work schedule with a minimum requirement of 3 days on-site per week, specifically Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Designing and specifying system requirements.
• Developing algorithms, simulating, implementing, and testing.
• Conducting system performance simulations, benchmarks, and tests.
• Providing support for FPGA design and verification, as well as software development teams.
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams for product and feature development.
• Tracking and managing development schedules and tasks.
• Participating in lab and field testing and troubleshooting.
• Preparing technical materials and documentation.
• Contributing to R&D business development and capture efforts.
• Collaborating with other teams to brainstorm future enhancements and strategies.
• Additional duties as required.
