Warehouse Position

Control the cycle process within the warehouse and determine items to be cycle counted. Interact with FE customers to locate materials as needed. Process Goods Receipt and Put Away of material. Identify material shrinkage and notify relevant specialist immediately. Determine appropriate storage locations for new materials. Email vendors requesting Delivery of Goods Confirmation through the BQMS system.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct Cycle Counting
• Checking in Parts received through the day
• Putting up new Inventory Items
• Working along side Maintenance to provide parts needed utilizing forklift if required
• Performs cycle counting as well as administer cycle counting assignments
• Monitor and maintain minimum stock quantities
• Emailing vendors to create deliveries and GR items through BQMS
• Provide top tier customer service
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Education : GED / High School Diploma

Experience : Minimum of 6 months experience with stocking items required. 6 months of fork-lift experience required. Inventory experience preferred.

Software Knowledge / ability to learn : GMES - Inventory control, and BQMS - Material GR and issue identification

Physical requirement : The ability to stand up for 8 hours a day, plus additional overtime as needed, The ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
