As a Primary Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and / or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform. The Primary Therapists Conducts individual, family, and group therapy (adults, children and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders. Our Primary Therapists develop each patient's individualized treatment plan and work with interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways :

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load :

Complete biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist I role is $63,600- $71,000

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist II role is $71,000- $86,000

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist III role is $86,000 $104,000

Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience and education.
