  • Maintenance Technician – Aurora, CO Total Compensation : $23–$26 / hour Reclaim Your Weekends – Monday to Friday Schedule Build Your Career the Hudson Grove Way Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician to help support 4 communities located in Aurora near the Anschutz Medical Campus. If you’re someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, thrives on solving problems, and wants to be part of a tight-knit team, we’d love to meet you.

  • 20% if you live at the property you support; $100 off at other HGPM communities Employee referral program, learning and development portal, and growth paths Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident-first attitude Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns What You Bring to the Team A minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure) Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required) You live within 10 miles of Park at Fitzsimons Apartments.
  • The nearest major cross streets are Peoria and Colfax.
  • A team-player mindset and a desire to grow your skills and career Pre-employment drug screening may be required.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
