General Responsibilities :

Patient assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care

Medication administration and documentation

Monitoring patient progress and vital signs

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and safety protocols

Minimum Qualifications :

Active Registered Nurse and LPN license in the state of [Insert applicable state or "Nez Perce County IL"]

Current BLS Certification (additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS a plus)

1 year of nursing experience (preferred; new grads welcome for certain opportunities)

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Willingness to travel for certain assignments (a plus but not required)
