Water Services Maintenance Technician

The City of Brentwood seeks a dedicated team player to join its Water Services team as a Maintenance Technician. As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for laying / fitting pipe, performing water and sewer line repairs, general maintenance of pumping stations, mowing / trimming landscaped areas, performing landscaping tasks, cleaning workspace and equipment, providing heavy manual labor, and performing a variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of the department.

The Water Services Department handles maintenance of water and sewer infrastructure as well as customer services for the City of Brentwood. The department maintains more than 225 miles of water lines, 13 pump stations, and nine finished-water storage tanks with a capacity of 14 million gallons. The City of Brentwood, located in scenic Williamson County, is considered one of the most desirable suburban locations in Tennessee. It sits just south of Nashville and has a population of approximately 46,000 residents. As a member of the Water Services team you will play a vital role in helping take care of the Brentwood community.
