Merchandiser

The Merchandiser plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability, visibility, and promotion of Coca-Cola beverages in retail stores across Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast's territory. This role offers the opportunity to represent one of the world's most recognized brands and contribute to the success of our business. The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability are stocked and maintained with proper product levels.

Essential duties include :

• Executing merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores. This includes stocking shelves, rotating products, building displays, and ensuring product freshness.
• Maintaining product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Transporting product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Implementing promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines. Setting up promotional displays and signage to attract customer attention and drive sales.
• Securing damaged or defective product while maintaining a clean product space.
• Ensuring accurate product counts by properly managing backrooms and organizing backstock.
• Operating manual and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.)
• Maintaining areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns to store and company personnel.
• Following company and store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and staff to drive collaboration and maximize merchandising opportunities. Providing excellent customer service to address any inquiries or concerns.
