We seek candidates who are committed to the community college mission, excellence in teaching and learning, and student success. College of the Sequoias Community College District accepts applications for part-time adjunct faculty pools to teach Agricultural Management within the Agriculture Department on a continuous basis. Screening committees will review candidates. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview. Applications may remain active in the pool for one year or until a need arises.

Part-Time Adjunct Faculty assignments may include weekend and / or evening classes at the Visalia Campus, the Hanford Educational Center, or the Tulare College Center.

If you submit a duplicate application, only the most recent remains active for one year. Part-Time Adjunct faculty positions are temporary positions and do not accrue rights to tenure.

Job Duties

Under the general direction of a dean or director, adjunct faculty provide comprehensive classroom instruction to community college students. The majority of courses are taught face-to-face. Current course listings are available in the Academic Catalog. Adjunct faculty may also be required to collect and submit data on student learning objectives as needed.
