Construction Superintendent

Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Project Manager for our Parks Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of parks projects in an occupied setting
• Communication skills to work directly with the client.
• Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance.
• Manage contractor compliance with documents.
• Manage multiple-contractor projects.
• Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process
