Job Overview :

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in sourcing and placing top-tier talent for our clients. This role demands high energy, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates, while gaining hands-on experience in staffing and sales. Success in this position will create the opportunity for a smooth transition into a sales position within our company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct phone interviews and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability for open roles.
• Manage job postings and other tools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates by understanding their career aspirations and needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet client hiring requirements.
• Meet and exceed recruitment goals and placement / revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and hiring best practices.
