About the Role

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will :

Build lasting client relationships by understanding individual and business insurance needs.

Offer a full range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.

Consult with clients to evaluate risks and recommend tailored coverage options.

Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

Provide clients with peace of mind by protecting what matters most.

Qualifications

Property & Casualty License (Required); Life & Health License a plus.

Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related industries preferred.

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

A Property & Casualty license is required

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
