About The Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives under deadlines, and values precision and teamwork. You’ll help prepare, transport, and set up production gear, keeping every event running smoothly from warehouse to showtime. If you're organized, dependable, and eager to grow, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare, load, and transport production gear using reference documents.
  • Communicate clearly with other departments.
  • Set up and break down gear at venues by reading and following site plans and schedules
  • Organize gear efficiently in the warehouse and on-site to ensure smooth event execution
  • Maintain accurate paperwork including BOLs, packing slips, and delivery receipts
  • Managing deadlines so that all show timelines are met.

  • You keep things clean, clear, and moving.
  • You’re hands on and you know how things work.
  • You are willing to learn how to drive a 26ft box truck and fork lift.
  • Requirements

    Position Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience working in a warehouse setting.
  • Live event production experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Comfortable working early mornings, late nights, and some weekends
  • Willingness to learn operation of a 26ft box truck and forklift (we’ll train you)
  • Familiarity with reading site plans, load sheets, and event schedules
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures
  • Able to travel occasionally for out-of-town event support
