Edge Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to work in the Southeast region .
Responsibilities :
Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and servicing magazine bar feeder equipment on CNC lathes at customer locations throughout a specified regionReceive briefing from fellow Technical Support associates prior to customer visit. This will include any action or troubleshooting activities already taken with the customer to address their needsTools and instruments providedQualifications :
Related service technician experience of two through five years or equivalent certified technical training on industrial equipment that utilizes PLC / HMI driven motion controlAbility to effectively communicate with the customer and professionally represent the company is a critical requirementKnowledge of industrial electronics, wiring, and electro-mechanical troubleshootingKnowledge of CNC turning centers, specifically sliding headstock lathes, is a plusMust possess above-average computer skills and be able to use Windows and other software packages such as Salesforce LightningJob Type : Full-time
