About The Position

License : Active Registered Nurse license

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have :

• 2 years Operating Room Circulating Experience in an Acute Care setting
• Varied skill set in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery

Description :

The position involves working in a fast-paced Operating Room environment.

The unit features 8 operating rooms.

Staff consists of 13 RNs and 10 scrub techs.

Patient ratios are 1 : 1 during procedures.

The Operating Room operates from 07 : 30 to 17 : 00 daily.

The Electronic Medical Record system used is Meditech ORM.

Strong candidates will have experience in general surgery, robotics, colorectal surgery, neuro spine, orthopedic, and urology.

Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment are essential.

Candidates with neuro spine experience and CNOR certification will be prioritized.

Artificial nails, dips, gels, and similar products are not permitted in the workplace.

On-call shifts are required on a rotating basis, including weekends.

Call begins at the end of the regular shift.

This role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
