Role Overview :
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in working with large and complex datasets, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. This role will be key in building data visibility layers, automating reporting pipelines, and enabling AI-powered decision-making across multiple industries (Finance, IT, Retail) .
Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.
- Design dashboards and visualizations for executive-level decision-making and predictive insights.
- Partner with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to prepare high-quality datasets for AI / ML model training.
- Support workflow automation by embedding analytics into Fynite's agentic AI platform.
- Ensure compliance with SOC standards, RBAC, and enterprise governance.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence reports to stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field from a credible institution.3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst in enterprise environments.Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Strong knowledge of ETL workflows, APIs, and enterprise data integrations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) .Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data warehouses.Exposure to machine learning workflows, predictive analytics, or AI-driven data solutions is a plus.Strong communication skills to translate technical insights into executive-friendly reporting.What We Offer
