\nDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master’s, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited PT program  \n\n \n\n License :

\nValid Missouri Physical Therapist license\n\n \n\n Certifications :

\nBasic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
