Senior Sales Quality Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize best practices and tools to ensure high service standards in customer interactions

Monitor interactions to assess engagement quality and compliance with processes

Drive projects to improve behaviors, processes, and outcomes through data analysis

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment

Proven track record of launching quality projects that enhance productivity and customer outcomes

Ability to quickly understand business priorities and derive insights from data

Experience with tools such as Gong and / or Salesforce is a plus

Project management or industry certifications (e.g., COPC, PMP) are desirable
