As a Cybersecurity Researcher on our Offensive Security Research team, you will focus on identifying and mitigating security risks in AI technologies from a red team perspective. You’ll collaborate with peers to test and investigate AI vulnerabilities, analyze their potential impact, and recommend effective security measures. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cybersecurity testing on AI systems using offensive security techniques.
- Identify, analyze, and document AI vulnerabilities and their potential impact.
- Develop proof-of-concept exploits and reverse-engineer AI components as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to recommend and implement security improvements.
- Present technical findings and attack chains to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Write detailed technical reports explaining vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent (work, consulting, training, military, or education).2+ years of AI cybersecurity research experience.2+ years in one or more of the following : exploit development, proof-of-concept creation, or reverse engineering.3+ years of converged testing (red team) experience or equivalent.3+ years of experience presenting complex technical topics to varied audiences.3+ years of technical writing focused on attack chains and vulnerability impact.Preferred Skills
