Job description
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist, Advanced Therapeutics- Cardiometabolic and MWL (Ambulatory).
Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive medication management services, including medication reviews and adherence monitoring
Monitor drug therapy for appropriateness and document clinical interventions in electronic health records
Supervise pharmacy technicians and participate in educational activities for healthcare professionals and students
Required Qualifications :
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree; OR Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) with 3 years of hospital experience
Licensure with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy
ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice (PGY1) is preferred
Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience is preferred for Pharm.D. degree holders
