A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative (Full-Time).
Key Responsibilities :
Triage incoming phone calls from members and pharmacies, resolving issues efficiently
Document and escalate concerns to the appropriate internal teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of customer service, call center, or healthcare experience
2+ years of PBM or related healthcare experience required
Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment
Bilingual Spanish and Medicare experience preferred
