Test & Evaluation Technician Job Description :

The candidate will work in an Agile environment focused on continuous integration and development of hardware and software. Performs system testing and evaluation tasks and activities. Providing support to system Integration and Test (I&T) engineers and technicians. Responsible for assisting the system I&T engineering teams in isolating root cause of problems. Verify and validate issue resolution efforts. Performs basic hardware / software installation and maintenance operation related tasks. Manage hardware and software configurations. Documents system test results, failure reports, and documentation deficiencies. Performs build checkouts on a regular basis. Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues. Assists the system I&T engineering teams in isolating root cause of problems.

Test & Evaluation Required Skills :

• Ability to work independently and in a team dynamic.
• Ability to read and understand technical information, system level diagrams, tables, slide packages and drawings.
• Understanding of basic networking characteristics, standards, and equipment.
• Ability to conduct troubleshooting and testing with procedures.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and keep a DoD Secret Clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen.
