Senior Director, Product Strategy

We are seeking an experienced product strategy professional to join Microsofts Experiences & Devices (E+D) Strategy team as a Senior Director.

The E+D Strategy team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Microsofts most iconic productsMicrosoft 365 Copilot, Teams, Windows, Business Application and Surface. As a Senior Director of Strategy, you will lead the development of multi-year strategic roadmaps, drive cross-functional initiatives, and pioneer the use of AI and large language models (LLMs) to transform both our products and the discipline of strategy itself. This role requires you to be comfortable navigating a complex and dynamic environment, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving impactful work across a wide set of teams and disciplines.

This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation support within the United States is available.
