Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Procurement Analyst impacts PSA Airlines' aircraft maintenance and ensuring a safe, on-time departure of PSA aircraft. Holding safety and quality as a top priority, this position ensures that maintenance and stores have serviceable inventory readily available to execute overnight planned and unplanned maintenance. This analyst works closely with the inventory planning teams to source safe and reputable vendors to execute purchase orders and hold vendors accountable to filling orders on time.

Delegation : In absence, responsibilities delegated to Manager of Procurement.

Authorities : None.

Supervisory Responsibility : This is not a supervisory position.

Work Environment : This job operates inside a climate controlled building. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets. Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
