We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing and recruiting technical roles (Product, Design, Marketing, Data, Operations, Finance). Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll proactively source, identify, engage, and help in hiring top-tier tech talent.

What you'll be doing :

• Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
• Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with stakeholders and TA Manager
• Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts and other creative channels to support hiring goals
• Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
• Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team

Compensation :

The anticipated fee for this position is $52 - $60 per hour. The actual fee offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the contract position.
