Level Green is hiring a full-time, small equipment mechanic for our shop in the Upper Marlboro, MD location. What we're seeking :

• Safety-focused individual
• Small engine repair knowledge for 2-cycle engines : grounds care, landscape, and snow and ice equipment .
• An understanding of the proper methods of servicing landscaping equipment and the repair and adjustment of power mowing equipment.
• Ability to change oil, hydraulic, and all other necessary fluids in a variety of different vehicles and equipment.
• Knowledge of commercial stand-on mowers and commercial landscaping mowers.
• Working knowledge of the general operation of gasoline, diesel, and electric-powered equipment.
• A tech-savvy individual, able to pick up new computer software.
• Knowledge of tire repair and maintenance.
• Mechanical and diagnostic ability.
• Experience managing shop personnel.
• Great communication skills.
