Schedule : Full Time, 35 hours / week, at least three days onsite
Reporting to the Curator and Head of Photography, the Curatorial Assistant supports all aspects of the Photography Department’s work. The role involves tasks related to the Accessions program (scheduling, data input, correspondence with artists and galleries, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, and other administrative duties), and supports the management and interpretation of the permanent collection, organization of temporary exhibitions, and execution of administrative projects. As a key member of a dynamic team, the position facilitates communication and workflow within the department and with museum staff, donors, artists, and arts professionals.

This is a union position subject to the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
