MUST be clean file! anything else you need. 15,000 annual ED volume Level IV Trauma Center 16 ED Beds, 4 for lower acuity 24-26 Hours Physician Coverage - 8-9 hour shifts 8 hours APP coverage on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday EMR - Cerner 24 hours daily scribe coverage Subspecialty coverage : Cardiology, Imaging, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, Urology, Stroke Center Physician Requirements Summary : Active TX State Medical License, DEA (with TX address), Board Certified in CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO, TB / FLU / Hep B / MMR / VARICELLA Immunization records. Annually must have 8 hrs of Stroke CME and 8 hrs of Trauma CME.
