The successful candidate is expected to report to Bedford, IN, on a full-time basis. This role may be eligible for relocation benefits.

The Role : Reliability Engineers to improve MTTR / MCBF metrics using a data- and systems-based approach to identify opportunities to maintain OEE glidepaths and other metrics. The Reliability team is a support organization of equipment Subject Matter Experts, specializing in root cause analysis, data consolidation, preventative / predictive maintenance systems and technologies, processes, and troubleshooting techniques. As the Reliability Engineer, you will support completion of projects on time and within budget, while expanding the effectiveness of the Maintenance organization by reducing unexpected downtime.

What You'll Do

• Manage the plant TPM program
• Maintain reports to track overall health of the Maintenance department (KPIs, Utilization / Downtime, failure analysis, etc.)
• Collaborate with other Maintenance members to assist with planning / scheduling improvement initiatives
• Utilize Maximo CMMS to track all Maintenance activities and screen data for improvement initiatives
• Drive improvement of equipment using Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Accountable to plant KPIs, spare parts / stocking strategies, and supporting the Maintenance monthly budget
