Job description

Job Title : Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Location : Tallahassee, FL

Job Type : Full-Time | Entry LevelCompensation & Benefits

  • Flat Rate Pay : $43.00 / hour
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to $25,000 (Nights Only)
  • Shift Differentials :

$3.00 / hr for nights

  • $2.00 / hr for weekends
  • Relocation Assistance : Available (case-by-case basis)

This position is ideal for experienced, flexible, and driven ICU nurses looking to expand their impact and grow professionally.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care across various intensive care units
  • Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and team dynamics
  • Serve as a resourceful and proactive team member, supporting coverage across ICU areas
  • Maintain patient privacy and uphold professional standards

    • Qualifications

  • Licensure :

    • Active RN License (Compact license accepted)

  • Must apply for Florida RN license if not already held
  • Experience :

    • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or acute care experience (within the past 1-2 years)

  • Certifications :

    • BLS (required)

  • ACLS (preferred; required within 6 months of hire)
  • Education :

    • Associate degree required

  • BSN preferred
