We’re hiring for day shift, our employees' standard workweek is four 10-hour days, Monday – Thursday. Overtime scheduled as needed Friday and / or Saturday. Shift hours are 5 : 30 am – 4 : 00 pm.

Employees may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. several times throughout the day. Other physical requirements include : standing for long periods of time, reaching, bending, grasping, pulling, and twisting.

Minimum pay is $14.00 per hour, plus incentive pay, plus a hiring bonus. Machine Operation experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Attention to detail is a must for this position.

Gray Flex offers competitive pay with benefits available after 90 days of full-time employment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401k is available after one year of full-time employment.
