Meeting and Events Operations Analyst II
The Meetings & Events Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the administration and consistent implementation of the Meetings & Events technology, integrated systems and their in-depth processes, providing guidance, support and training universally, while simultaneously communicating insights and deploying methodologies for effective and efficient system operations.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for Global Event Management System (GEMS) capabilities, and integrated platforms.
Provide support to Requesters and Approvers in submitting meeting requests via Salesforce.
Manage and track support requests using the Salesforce ticketing system.
Act as system administrator for Cvent event management software
Collaborate with the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) and IT to resolve integration issues.
Support Meeting Planners in using the Salesforce Contracts Management System; understand contract lifecycles and escalate issues or enhancement requests to IT.
Lead requirements gathering and analysis by engaging with stakeholdersincluding developers, system analysts, designers, and internal / external customersto identify enhancements or new features for GEMS.
Oversee projects related to Cvent platform enhancements, migrations, and system updates; perform configuration changes as needed.
Partner with IT to coordinate upcoming GEMS system enhancements and feature releases; communicate changes and facilitate training as necessary.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for newly released GEMS features and enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date user guides and training materials for departmental processes and GEMS system usage.
Deliver GEMS system overviews and onboarding training for new employees, meeting requesters, and approvers.
Collaborate with Meeting Planners to manage event registrations, build event websites, and ensure accurate meeting request submissions; assist with onsite event check-in, badge printing, and wayfinding as needed.
Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal users and business clients.
Maintain and update the Meetings & Events SharePoint site.
Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
Serve as a backup resource to the Meetings & Events Data Analyst for reporting requests.
Travel may be required occasionally for training, meetings, or trade shows.
Complete knowledge of industry practices, customer service, and standards. Regularly contributes to multiple projects / assignments concurrently. Strong business analytical and presentation skills to create clearly articulated documents. Familiar with systems related to integration processes. Experience with system troubleshooting and supporting end-users.
Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Desire to solve problems and be resourceful in seeking answers. Advises use of event technology and information systems. Exercises considerable autonomy, is proactive and takes initiative with little direction.
Manage access to confidential information as intended by Arthrex policies. Awareness of HIPPA and state / local legal requirements and policies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, assist management with preparing presentations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
Intermediate Cvent, SalesForce, Meetings Management systems preferred
Coachable, Team player, self-motivated, ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook email experience.
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, tasks and coordinate various channels of communication at the same time.
Develop and deliver quality training presentations to various audiences on system best practices.
Bachelor's degree required in business, hospitality or IT related field.
Two to five years experience required working in business, hospitality or IT environment.
Intermediate experience in Salesforce, Cvent applications, and system integration and configuration are preferred.
Project management experience highly desirable.
Experience in hospitality industry a plus.
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures. Bi-lingual language skills a plus (Spanish, German, Portuguese).
