Taylor Management is seeking a motivated and efficient Community Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of community associations. As a Community Administrator, you will help foster a positive community atmosphere and provide valuable support to both residents and management.
This position is two days a week onsite at an hourly rate of $28.00
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, while addressing resident inquiries and requests promptly.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of community newsletters, announcements, and other forms of communication.
- Maintain organized records and databases for community-related documents and homeowner information.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and vendors to facilitate repairs.
- Support the Community Manager with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
- Help organize and plan community events, meetings, and activities to promote engagement.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or property management.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with property management software.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on community engagement and satisfaction.
