Schedule : M-F

Role : some rounding at a rehab hospital and some SNF work

Locations : Rehab facility is in Waukesha, WI

Open to residents Compensation and Benefits

Salary : Prefers to pay as 1099, there is a percentage split with the hospital which is favorable for the physician

They can do a W-2, if preferred

Extra pay if applying for medical director
