Job Title : Call Center Representative

Location : 100% Onsite in Saint Paul

Hours : M-F 9 : 30am-6pm

Pay : $18-$22 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Conduct follow-up calls with recent customers who have recently received service, ensuring satisfaction and identifying any need for further assistance from a manager.
• Use a provided script to gauge customer satisfaction and determine if additional support is required.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information, schedule appointments, and collect customer information.
• Offer accurate estimates for service costs and timelines for necessary repairs.
• Properly document all customer interactions and service details.
• Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, striving to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
